Expected big things but was left very disapointed. Went a day after it opened (5th July). Waitress took the wrong ordered ribs and wings ribs were just drenched in a shop bought bbq sauce. Wings were just bland. I ordered the brisket which was over cooked and did not melt in the mouth as expected again just covered in a sauce the meat lacked any flavour. Mash potato was poor as it was lumpy. Side salad was just rocket leaves. Ordered a kids cheese burger with chips. The burger was adult size and the chips considering it was for kids was covered in salt. Prices were high compared to surrounding steak restaurants. I will definitely not be returning. Very disapointed Update- No surprises resturant didn't last long as its now closed and will reopen under 'New Management'.

I so wanted this place to be better and it can easily do it with a few changes. So I'll start with the positives, good location (away from City centre mayhem) and plenty of parking at Tesco (apparently they have some agreement with them for spaces). Decor and atmosphere is quite nice and unique and the menu is extensive. However the food, generally good but with so much competition especially Yaya's so close by it has to be better! The prawn starter was too salty and not enough need brisket in the nacho starter. The beef strip mains, again was too salty and the portion size was tiny for the price. The chicken mains (sorry forgot the name) was also small. Overall too pricey/too small portions. I think they could compete against My Lahore's as they have a large menu, the place is massive with car park so they should approach their method of lower price and high volume of people but before that they need to get the taste right.

Food took long to arrive despite it being very quiet and we went straight for the main course. But was rather disappointed as we were expected to share one portion of chips between us when I took it up with the waiter. Both meals were meant to come with chips. Service could be better.

Went along when they first opened, really have high hopes for this place to work’ cheetham parade needs this to work! A truly select meat specialist, with wonderful succulent food. The service is a fail’ the staff apart from one, knows his stuff. My food failed, so l returned it And waited 20 minutes for the return, same for the sides and the drinks. This place took a as long time to open’ the decor is 1990 Burger King’ seriously not plush and not the high end steak place it claims. I really want to come back and want this place to work, just add that touch of class. When the food came, it wasn’t great. Revamp is needed.
