We held our son’s Christening party here. Great service, lovely buffet and sensible prices. The vegan options and gluten options were well received by those that had them. The triple cooked chips and the breaded cheese triangles were ADORED by everyone at our party!!

Staying at a local hotel and we decided to 'eat out' instead of the hotel for a change and found this place after a Google search. We weren't disappointed, good menu and big portions (we really must stop ordering Starters). A sign of a good pizza chef is always the lightness of the pastry we find and here all the boxes were ticked on that front. Reasonable drinks prices and the place was buzzing when we arrived (as all good Italian restaurants should be). Friendly staff who were happy to call us a taxi after our meal. Will revisit if we're in the area again. On a minor, minor point; the building they are in is a former pub which still looks like and is named like, its former purpose. As visitors to the area this proved a little confusing when we first arrived as it was not what we expected (we thought we'd arrived at the wrong place at first). One to be aware of for other newbies perhaps.
