Absolutely disgusting attitude! We are waiting for a drop kerb and they have told us that they are doing a job elsewhere so all their customers that they will simply have to wait! When questioned they said we were quite welcome to go elsewhere! In this day and age it seems that common courtesy is a dying trait. We have cancelled them and will look to start the process again as we don’t want them to have our business.
