They don't call people in order, they all go on lunch at the same time, they stroll about pretending they are doing work and have personal conversations on the main front desk. Would rather drive to Erdington and pay parking than go back again.

    Staff are friendly but ques are ridiculously long, shortage on staff like 4 in at a time with several people to see. Staff do not open on time says 9am open but they arrive 10-20 mins late. Not impressive at all
