This is the worst practice ever I registered here at the Saltley medical centre because I heard good reviews about one of the doctors who use to work here, since then it’s gone downhill the receptionist/doctors don’t care i feel absolutely disgusted how everything has changed you can’t get appointments anymore no matter what is wrong with you. Because of my condition I’ve been to the hospital a couple of times now I need to be assessed by own doctor for the ongoing problem I have but no the doctors are way too busy!! I advise everyone if your going through this then change your GP and report them!

They never ever answer their phone call I was number 20 for over an hour in the end I just gave up why have a phone If you won't answer it? Last time I was 7 in the que and the lady turns around and says sorry we are all booked? another time I was in the que from 17 and when it came to my turn the lady spoke I said He and she didn't let me finish my hello off and ended the call on me disgusting.Are you lot feeling alright? Do you really think anyone wants to hold a phone for over an hour it's obviously cause they ain't well.Poor service never answer or give appointments always have an excuse ready Just Not to give it both branches are the same disappointed with both.

I’d give this practice zero stars if the option was available, this surgery takes on too many patients because they get £200+ for everyone who is registered and this surgery has 10,000 registered patients despite not having enough appointments to accommodate. Two doctors across two sites isn’t good enough they never seem to have emergency appointments and are failing their patients. The practice manager is the daughter of one of the doctors and every complaint falls on deaf ears. This surgery cannot continue like this. Cqc have deemed it safe but needs improvement and that in itself tells you everything.
