    I had a wool coat I needed to get cleaned as I had slipped and fallen in mud, getting mud in the back and sleeves. It looked ok at first glance when I got it back but under brighter light it was clear that the mud was still caked in the wool. I paid £11 for the 'clean'. I must remember to check before paying ( they did ask for me to pay up front but I declined) as I well deserved a refund. Disappointing. I like to support small businesses but not when the service falls short.

    I took a very precious and expensive dress to be dry cleaned here. They" lost "it and then a week later they found it . They proceeded to clean it without first telling me they had" found" it, and the colour ran into the white lace colour. Throughout the whole process I did not receive one apology from them. Their customer service is shocking in particular from the female member of staff who did not seem concerned or bothered that they had lost my dress. She queried whether somehow I had made it fall off the hanger ? On the second occasion I was asked if perhaps I had been to collect the dress and couldn't remember doing it. If I could give this company minus stars on this review I would. Very very disappointing.
