Food was ok. Friday night was rushed. Cramped seating positions. Tables are too high compared to the chair. Friendly staff £150 for 3 people with only a main and desserts !

Super disappointing experience dining here tonight with my family, definitely will not be coming back. Booked this weeks ago for my younger brother’s birthday, today I had a call from a man I’m assuming he is a waiter there, confirming we were still coming and he was unfriendly and rude on the phone. At the restaurant, the man who phoned was still rather unfriendly and blunt. He was an older bald gentleman. Our reservation was at 6:30pm I was told 4 times we had to be out by 8pm which was fine with us, but our service was so slow we didn’t get our mains till 7:30 and dessert till 8pm. Nobody came over in between to apologise or check in - just to take our orders and clear the table. On top of the unfriendly manager, we had a very rude and oblivious waitress who continuously lent completely over me with hot food and drinks instead of going to the end of the table like our other very kind server Milly. I had to completely lean to the side across my partner so she didn’t hit me. When my mum asked for another drink she replied with a snarky comment saying she was talking about the food and not the drinks?? We were all uncomfortable and she just walked away. We were all very polite so we were confused as to why she was treating our table this way. I work in hospitality and I wouldn’t dream of behaving like this! Leaning over me must’ve been a theme tonight because just after our plates were taken the man from earlier came speeding past lent over me nearly whacking me in the head and took the salt and pepper shakers and didn’t say anything? It’s fine that he needed them but he could’ve said excuse me? 🤣 Overall extremely disappointing night and would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want rubbish service. The only friendly person was one of our waitresses Milly. Food just wasn’t worth it 🤷♀️🤷♀️

What a lovely place to bring friends and family. True Italian nice and reasonable priced food combined with such an elegant interior Kid-friendliness: I have visited salt lots off times and food is brilliant the atmosphere is perfect 🤩 staff friendly I would visit again the food is delicious 😋 and price is greatly appreciated
