At the end of the day, as paying clients, we are the ones who have to wake up to our hair everyday. Not the stylist. So we shouldn't have to feel like we have to push so hard to "demand" the right color. Not to mention that if being late for 15 minutes a couple of times, do we deserve an attitude? Sigh... Really unprofessional! I booked a consultation 10 days in advance. Once I was there I was told by the receptionist that the hairstylist was sick and she asked if I wanted to rebook for the next Monday. I asked why nobody called me to cancel the appointment and the answer was: ‘I don’t know’. She didn’t even try to apologize. If you don’t respect your customers time you shouldn’t have customers.

Luke provides a perfect men’s haircuts every time. Even though I’ve been going for years we talk about how my hair has grown and what I want from the cut each time. The Salon provides a super relaxing hair wash + drinks. Highly recommend Luke for stylish quality cuts.
