Yesterday, I had the worst haircut ever in this place. Although she tried to fix it, she just cut it wrong from the beginning, cutting half my hair at the height of my chin and leaving the rest to the height of my beasts, when I just wanted a normal cascade haircut. My hair used to be quite long so the haircut should have been easy. I'll now have to wait months for my hair to grow again and have it properly fixed. Worst experience ever.

saw lovely Kelly for the first time she is a lovely lady she cut my long hair into a bob she took so much time on it and done an amazing job she cut and restyled it and got rid of my grey roots straightened it and took the time to make sure I was happy I'm so glad I tried them as went by there star grading and to be honest should be five star as 4.8 I think this is defo my go to salon from now on thankyou Kelly for doing such a fantastic amazing job of my hair x karen

Brilliant experience at this salon. Abby cut and coloured my hair. I am delighted with the result! She listened to what I asked for and really took so much care in perfecting it. I went to the salon42 last week to have a balayage. It was a total disaster, the haidresser has failed the job. I have shown her a picture but the result was nowhere near the picture. I ended up with orange hair instead of brunette with balayage blonde. She tried to fix it, but it's still far from the picture I showed. See pictures attached to the review. So I spent 7 hours and 130 pounds, for a big failure. I went to another hairdresser that told me that I ll have to wait a long time before they can do something as the hairs are too damaged. Reply from review is not honest, hairdresser has never mentioned the fact I needed to come few times. So instead of accepting they ve messed up they reply with a lie.
