I came out with the same haircut as before I entered the room. I showed the picture what hair cut I want, and the lady cut my hair according to what she believes best for my hair. Didn’t cut as I wanted, didnt check whats going on with the hair, and paid for £45 for the same hair, what a waste of money and time. I then go to Lipstick & Lock and showed them the picture, the hairstylist listen to what I want & did exactly as I asked. paid £28 for it and I am very happy.

I have just had a neck, shoulder and back massage done by Alice. I can already feel the difference in my shoulders, not so stiff and it is less painful to move my neck. 🙏 If the other services they offer are of the same standard they are onto a winner. Highly recommended.

I booked in to have a wash, cut and blow dry and had an oil treatment. From start to finish I had the most amazing experience thanks to all the lovely ladies working there. I laughed hard and relaxed whilst having my hair done. Then the end result, just amazing thank you Juanita for working so well with my hair and providing the aftercare needed to maintain all the hard work she put in. Cannot wait for my next visit, so so glad that I have found a regular salon for not just my hair but nails too! You're all fantastic see you soon x
