What is the check-in/check-out process?

Our check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out time is at 11 AM. We require guests to inform us of their estimated arrival time so we can make sure someone is available to welcome them and give them the keys. During check-out, guests are expected to leave the cottage clean and tidy with all the keys returned to us.

What is the cancellation policy for cottage rentals?

We have a strict cancellation policy. Guests may cancel up to 30 days prior to their arrival date and receive a full refund. If guests cancel within 30 days of their arrival date, they will forfeit their deposit. If guests cancel within 7 days of their arrival date, they will be charged the full amount of the rental.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for cottage rentals?

Yes, there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights for cottage rentals. During peak season, which is from June to August, we require a minimum stay of three nights.

How often do you clean and maintain the holiday home?

We clean and maintain the holiday home before and after each guest's stay. We also do a deep clean and maintenance check at least once a month to ensure that everything is in good condition.

Are there any restrictions on pets or smoking in the holiday home?

We do not allow smoking inside the holiday home. As for pets, we do allow them but with certain restrictions. We allow a maximum of two well-behaved dogs per cottage with a pet fee of $25 per stay. We ask that guests keep their pets off the furniture and not leave them unattended in the cottage.
