Definitely recommend it as it really covers everything you need to know about prenatal postnatal and mama and baby yoga. Sally is very modest, kind and ready to answer all of your questions! Plus you feel the support even after the training which I think is a must. Loved everything about this training, the guest teacher Heather was amazing, the speakers who came were also very knowledgeable. If you’re doubting it don’t!

I have completed both Sally’s 200hr yoga teacher training and more recently her 85hr pregnancy yoga. I found the courses to be very comprehensive and offered me everything I hoped for and more. Sally and her team are all great! Sally is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, passionate about yoga. I will feel forever blessed to have had two such wonderful experiences. I traveled from the US to complete the 85 hour training with Sally in 2019 and what an amazing experience! She is incredibly knowledgeable and brought in a team of experts to cover additional areas of prenatal & postnatal yoga such as Yoga Nidra, Hypnobirthing, Midwifery, Mum and Baby Yoga, etc. The training was life-changing and really prepared me for teaching yoga to pre and postnatal women. I HIGHLY recommend Sally's training if you are considering a prenatal/pregnancy training course! You will NOT be disappointed!

Sally is a wonderful teacher, so kind and down to earth. I completed her 85 hour pregnancy yoga teacher training and I loved every minute of it. I learnt so much and really enjoyed my time at Brooklands Barn, you could really see the amount of effort she put into the course, from the guest teachers to the delicious food, everything had a really nice flow and didn’t feel overwhelming at all. Also, during my studies I was diagnosed with PTSD and there was a long delay handing in my coursework. Sally was so understanding though, I’m forever grateful for her support and compassion during that time, it really did help me get back on my feet. I definitely recommend going on her courses, it’s on my list to attend her 100 hour advanced teacher training one day as I really do enjoy her teaching style. I did my 200 hours yoga teacher training with sally Parkes. For years I was considering doing it but had not found the right teacher. After a fellow yogi told me about sally and after a little research I emailed sally! She called me back straight away to chat with me. I immediately felt connected and at ease. Sally has a relaxing, calm and fun personality. I was now so excited for my journey. From the start to the end of the course sally was fantastic. I was super nervous about the whole experience mainly due to going back to learning again! but she made it fun and her knowledge for yoga and the body is mind blowing. She is very approachable, warming and natural, and she really makes me giggle! I really looked forward to all the sessions and especially the weeks long trip to Spain! Her down to earth and approach very quickly creates a great group dynamic and no pressure atmosphere, and her knowledge is extensive - she really knows her stuff. Highly recommended to anyone looking to train in yoga.

I completed the 85 hour Pregnancy Yoga training with Sally this year. Sally is very knowledgable and her training is thorough. We had to move online during our training due to lockdown recommendations. Sally facilitated this and delivered on the training as promised without any delays. The course was enjoyable and well-paced to allow for digestion, practise and support as needed.
