Needs authenticating some oversea legal documents urgently, Sally has got back promptly and concisely with a very reasonable quotes; long story short I have notarised my doc in short notice. I appreciate that she does try to understand a client’s needs on enquiry given you have provided the necessary information. Meeting Sally in person she’s friendly, professional, helpful and has a real passion for her client. She has offered very helpful advice while she doesn’t necessarily need to be my advocate!

Needed legal document notarised in the christmas week. Tried many local options that either failed to respond to messages or told me closed until 4th Jan. Then I emailed Sally, got a response in less than 10 minutes, forwarded a copy of what needed notarising. Within another 20 minutes I had a quote and arranged an appointment. Due to covid I stayed in my car to sign documents that were prepared by Sally while driving to the appt. She notarised my docs. I paid and we were all done in less than 4 hours from initial email to completion. It wouldn't surprise me if she was even available on Christmas day ! 11 out if 10 from me. *Sorry Sally if you now get calls Christmas day.
