Some buildings do need environmental finishing۔ threshold need maintaing۔ Really bad smell at Some floors parts of buildings ۔ An Abdul little takeaway would be a Great idea round that corner۔ walking along side Canal in the morning or any time of the day is very freshening۔ A diversed mix Area۔ there is a Garage to repair your car۔ very nice man and expert machenic۔ ۔ when you press the buzzers for entrance you do get quick response but still there is Room for even better response like connecting 3 doors with one time pressing buzzer۔ nice Car parks for residents۔ it would be Great idea if Let to Buy on board in these buildings۔

This company seriously neglects its properties and doesn't care about the impact on neighbors that some of its tenants have. Despite reporting dumping and fly tipping by some of their tenants they don't take action. Even a formal complaint which they like to drag out for as long as they can doesn't seem to kick them into action! Been like this for nearly 3 months now!
