They avoid any issues at any opportunity. I don’t think they’ve ever managed to find a contractor that has met a deadline and that seems to be all they have responsibility for so an enormous fail on Salford council’s plastic labour nature.

I moved in over a year ago and my hot water still isn’t working properly. I get 30 minutes worth of hot water a day!!! The boost button doesn’t work to allow for more. Raised this issue more times than I can count but I work full time ! I don’t have the time to constantly phone the customer service line / use the customer portal to get this fixed. It’s getting to the point where I’ll stop paying rent to make a point ! *** update, the hot water has finally been fixed and they sent someone out to teach me how to programme the hot water. I'm a happy chappy so I'll change this from one star to 2. There are still other issues that haven't been fixed but lets take it one step at a time haha ***

Unfortunately I'm not able to give it no stars Company from top to bottom is run by personal who haven't got a clue what to do. Customer service doesn't exist, they don't care about any of their tenants, promise to do things then deny what they have said. Properties are decrepid, repairs are done by inexperienced companies and never finished or signed off.
