For me, the best in the business. I've been using Salix bats now for around 12 years and have never been disappointed. If I've ever had any issues with bats splitting I've been sent a replacement, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cricket gear (despite being a few hours away in Northants!). Special mention to Kel, too, who has recently been very helpful in arranging some new pads for me. Keep up the good work, guys!

My son’s Bat handle broke during practice with Surrey Coach, just out of 12 month warranty and Salix want £80+ to repair a failed joint. Will be returning to Chase Cricket bats.

We went to Salix after my son broke his bat mid season. It was lovely for him to be able to select the wood (with excelkent guidance) and they adjusted the weight to make it just right for him. Finished product delivered five days later. First match he was hitting further then he ever has...its got a beautiful middle...If you want good quality bats then it's well worth getting it custom made. It was actually cheaper than the off the shelf bat that broke after 6 weeks. I would highly recommend Salix.

Bats are made to order. A small team. Well experienced staff who can explain the wood, the grains and how they are graded. Sadly if you order a new ones it can take upto 8 to 10 weeks for it to be finished. They also have a bat repair service. They do stock some bats which are ready to use, (second hand) , but good quality at affordable prices. Strongly recommend to visit the workshop than to buy from outlets.
