GREAT Company - can not recommend them highly enough. We left a tour out of London at Stonehenge. Value Cars picked us up and drove us to our B&B in Salisbury. Along the way we stopped at the Boscombe Air Museum and the driver waited patiently while we visited that site. Wonderful, friendly driver - excellent service. We also booked Value Cars to drive us to Southampton the next day. The driver arrived on time and was extremely helpful. Because we were cruising out of Southampton we had to get a Covid test. The driver dropped us off at the Covid test site and then dropped our luggage at our hotel. Service over and above what we expected! We envisioned ourselves schlepping our luggage through the streets of Southampton after testing! We cannot say enough about how great both drivers were! Booking was simple - prices were great! Called and booked a taxi with 90 minutes notice. 15 minutes before my taxi was to arrive I received a call from 'value cars' hanging up as I answered and not answering any of my return calls or just cancelling the call on me (at least 10 over 15 minutes). 30 minutes later (15 after my original booking) I gave up and called all the sevens with no issue. Overall this was a waste of time and frustrating.

Left an old age pensioner at the Hospital who booked a ride the night before and never turned up. They did not even bother to call to let them know that the booking would not happen. When she called they were rude I wouldn’t use this company if your journey is important or you want to be treated with respect
