Very dissatisfied. I’ve purchased a model for almost £200 which later on was to be found with one defected part. Been advised to contact the manufacturer directly, who told me they’re unable to provide me with spare part because they’re not producing it anymore. Went back to the shop and I’ve been told they’re also unable to help because the model has been started so no refund/no spare part/and £200 went to the bin!!!!!!

Very great full for the very helpful staff, giving plenty of time to discuss with me regarding me enquiring into lighting for models across some systems I game. Even being right on closing time, the gent was happy to be very informative and helpful. Not at all pushy to make a sale, but instead helping me to make the best choice to help find my way and experiment with reasonably priced products. Great service, thank you.
