Anyway , my husband took the problem somewhere else , turned out wasn't a pilot problem .. noise almost gone along with the smell ..and the man also said call and let him know how it's doing...I don't know why our experience was poor here if this shop has good reviews .

The front desk staff are very friendly, so that's a plus. However they *never* call back. I brought in a heater for repair and left the part they said was required with my phone number. They never called me. I had to call several times in the week and each time they took my number again and promised to call back. So today we collected the heater and will find someone more communicative. Sorry guys.
