Called on two occasions to make an appointment, was told on the phone the workshop was busy and would be approx 3 weeks before my mower could be serviced, they told me someone would call to make an appointment and that never happened. I tried again 3 weeks later and much the same. Nobody ever called to book an appointment with me. Shame.
