I joined the class to see if it would help my mobility. Wan-Ley is clearly an experienced and proficient teacher. He approaches the class with a lightness which helped me feel relaxed. His teaching is clear and patient. The 90 minute class went quickly. I felt physically tired and mentally invigorated after the class. Definitely would like to keep turning up to this class.

A thoroughly enjoyable class with Wan-Ley as a knowledgeable and welcoming instructor. I had been looking to begin Tai Chi for a while and am so glad I came across this class. The flow of the movements synchronous with breath work left me feeling really energised - it was so helpful that Wan-Ley offered fascinating insights into the Taoist philosophy underpinning the practice also. Iām really looking forward to the rest of the course!
