I would like to express how grateful my wife and I are regarding the wonderful way we have been treated by all the Audiology staff at Walkden Gateway. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them, at every visit they go above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. My wife is deaf and also visually impaired so communication with her is challenging and difficult but the way the staff have treated her with patience and kindness makes treatment less stressful and easy. A special mention to Alice and her colleague Anne Marie for taking the trouble to print out a very useful Hearing Passport and help in sourcing special face masks with a clear panel to help lip read reading, many thanks and best wishes
