A large number of unemployed ->( Reception) people answer the phone and a very limited number of doctors, and unfortunately, they are not able to do their work with this large number,,,, I hope that the health service will be not paid and the government can invest elsewhere instead of paying salaries in vain,,,, ,

Been trying to sign myself and my 1 year old up since for over a month, I’ve had health professionals call them and give them all the info they need yet I’m still not registered. I’m just going to go to another GP further away as the staff keep dismissing me.

Called about my child hospital report after 2months, receptionist said it's ready but can't read it as it's professional, asked for a copy posting to my house or email me, said no u should take in person! It could be anybody!!! How our address and email registered with GP could be anybody? So drove miles away to take it, they said there's no report available! Asked at least for an apologies, been told we don't!!! Terrible customer service. Even 1star too much

To get an appointment at this practice you have to call at 8am, so I did, not only that but I've been calling since 7:55, until it said they were finally open, only to find out I was 8th in the queue, what happened next? "I'm sorry, there are no appointments left! You have to book through our website!" I would, but when booking through the website it takes at least a week for them to give you an appointment, so I tried calling the next day, again from 7:55 until they were open, YAY they had appointments for the same day; "The doctor will contact you SOMETIME during the day". So I've been waiting, and waiting, from 8am to 5pm, tired of waiting, then I receive a call at 6pm, it's the doctor, it took a while but I got through it! I tell him what's happening, and he then asks me how he can help me, "I don't know pal, you're the doctor, you tell me how you can help me!". - "Shall we book a blood test for you?" Yes, please! - "Ok I'll do that." One week later, nothing, no confirmation text, nothing, two weeks later, nothing, three weeks later, NOTHING! Almost a month later I decide to ring the clinic again, "Hello, I had an appointment a month ago and this doctor said he was booking a blood test for me, I never received a confirmation text or dates for my blood test." Receptionist said: "That's odd, IT HAS NEVER BEEN BOOKED!!!!!!!" WHAT? Have I just been waiting a month for my blood test that hasn't even been booked? Can you do that for me now please? "NO. You have to book another appointment through our website". Are they joking? Are they playing with ill patients?. I let it go, because I was feeling somewhat better healthily speaking. Now two months later I have another health issue, not deadly enough for A&E to accept me, but serious enough to need help as soon as possible, I've been trying to ring the clinic today since 7:55: "The surgery is now closed", ok, they open at 8am. But I know how it works so I've been trying to call every 30 seconds, suddenly the line is busy, no queue, nothing, line busy, then "the phone number is invalid", how come? It was ringing as normal just a few minutes ago. Now at 8:30 I was finally able to call, "you're currently caller number 18 in the queue" WHAT? I know when it gets to me there will be no appointments left and they'll just tell me to book through the website. No ma'am, I need help now, A&E will tell me to call my GP, so that's what I'm doing. I can't believe this is happening in the UNITED KINGDOM! I had more success getting an appointment in third world countries. Too long, didn't read? CHANGE PRACTICE! Doctor lied to me, he hasn't booked my blood tests when I was feeling quite ill, receptionist wasn't rude to me, but they are useless. I still can't believe I'm having to write this. Someone do something please!
