Bit of an old fashioned company in that there's no real online booking system, the processes are a little archaic (I rent regularly and am constantly asked for the same details & documents over and over). However, you deal with people who are always polite and courteous. Nor have I had any "computer says no" incidents either! Cars are very clean, check-in and check-out is one of the most thorough that I've seen, no corners are cut, cars are always full of fuel etc. Group AA cars have always been Kia Picantos which are appropriately named "City cars" because their fuel economy on motorways is poor - 37mpg. Currently only operating from their Van Hire base due to Covid.
