Everything went as planned - from our initial visit from Richard to getting a quote, booking in a slot for the work and then last week when Brian, Dave and Colin arrived to do the work. Sale Fencing used my fence post which I had paid for full and had installed by another company to fit a new gate for my neighbour directly onto my fence post. My neighbour or Sale fencing didnt requested permission from me to do this, this has now left myself and my neighbour in a dispute as she believes due to Sale fencing telling her she has a right to install her gate onto my fence post. The gate is large and heavy and has put thin cracks on my fence post now. I have sent two emails to Sale fencing asking them about this job however they haven't replied back therefore it leaves me to put this review down as they have acted unprofessionally and given ill advice and have caused issues.

We are delighted with the new fence constructed for us on the side border of our property by Tony and Scott. The fence itself was bespoke to some extent and not straightforward because of the uneven ground in which it was to stand. Tony helped with tweaking the design to achieve the best look while paying attention to functionality. He clearly has a wealth of experience in fencing and showed craftsmanship and attention to detail from start to finish. The whole experience was stress-free because they exuded professionalism from the moment they set foot on our property. Scott was relentless in his goal of tidiness and perfection; our property was tidier when they left than it was before they arrived, and the look of our magnificent fence (a phrase used by one of our neighbours) was enhanced by Scott’s attention to the border in which it sat. We highly recommend Tony and Scott from Sale Fencing.

Choosing a contractor to build a driveway is scary. There’s no hiding from bad worksmanship... a driveway greets you every day. But when I first met Richard my mind was immediately put at ease. His expertise was clear and his quotation was very detailed. Communication was excellent and the work started on time. Richard’s colleagues, Brian, Dave and later Colin, were brilliant. They told me every day how the job was progressing; we discussed the finer details and always there was a creative solution to any challenge. They were always friendly and hardworking. I cannot praise them more highly. These are guys who know exactly what they are doing. Dealing with quotes/ money and job timetable was very easy and straight forward. We experienced no hidden or last minute costs. Gary, Tom and Matt were gentlemen all the way through from quote to construction to payment and completion and were great with my elderly grandparents. The team ensured that we were happy with everything before they left and have been in touch since to check how we are doing. My grandparents are very happy with the work done, the ease of dealings and got along great with the team. Very highly recommend. This is our second time using this company. It is a refreshing to have a company who do what they say they’ll do & much more besides. From inception of planning with Richard to Brian & Dave completing the work they have done a really fabulous job of our rear garden, they have a work ethic like no others, they are professional and dedicated to doing quality work, it is commendable that they are so reliable and disciplined in their approach, and have no issue going that ‘extra mile’. Well done both, although at the moment we have no other jobs, you two would be my first port of call for any patio or driveway works. Thank you all. Having had garden work done as above we then required the assistance of Tony & Kyle to build a bespoke privacy screen, they insist they provide the best materials and services that they could, their ethos for the customer is that they leave you very satisfied with their finished work.
