Wow, we loved our meal here, portions are generous, freshly cooked and delicious! The best sushi we have had! It was lunch time so we had sushi to start and then bento boxes which were really lovely! The staff were super friendly, polite and attentive! There’s a button on the table for service which was a really good idea! The Japanese Ki No Bi Tea Gin was amazing, I recommend to try it neat! We will definitely be back! ⭐️

Absolutely fantastic! We happened upon Sakura while enjoying an anniversary short break near Bury St Edmunds. The food was sensational - so many beautiful different flavours. We went for the Karage Bento and Maki Bento with chicken gyoza and edamame beans. All was delicious and beautifully presented. We also saw some fabulous looking food arriving at other guests tables. It was hard not to have plate envy - even though we didn't have room for any more food. The staff were attentive and helpful with their recommendations. The decor was good with an additional upstairs space for a truly unique Japanese experience. Some other guests who had spent time in Japan said it was a real authentic experience. Despite living miles away we will certainly be back! If you live nearby then don't miss the chance to visit.
