I was constantly let down and messed about. I made appointments, received confirmation then was not expected and turned away, which was disappointing and inconvenient. . My colour always washed out after a week and I was told it was my hair. I have moved to another salon recently and have no issues. Initially I was happy and took my teenage daughter. Her requests were not listened to and she left with a haircut she did not ask for. The stylist did what she wanted and my daughter was really upset when we got home. They get too comfortable with their clients and think they can mess them about yet charge high prices. I complained after it happened twice and the manager rang me to ‘apologise’. During the conversation she made an initial general apology and then proceeded to make excuses and lied to me (I actually think the stylist had fed her the lies to cover herself) and I could not get a word in edgeways to highlight or discuss this. I kept trying to speak but eventually just gave up as the management skills were clearly lacking. Sadly, I don’t recommend.
