Just paid for a 1 hour massage, expecting a tradional Thai massage, instead I had a scantily clad oriental dressed lady give me an absolute rubbish no co ordinance massage (didn’t know what she was doing) followed by insultingly asking as I was asked to turn over do I want extra for £20……..on refusal her attitude completely changed and tried to cut me short by 10 minutes till I explained and showed my call log that 1 hour ago I was still on the phone……. Never again, felt so embarrassed and ripped off. Waste of £50 (should’ve known better when all they deal in and ask for is cash!!!!)

I found the service very relaxing. And the lady there was sexy as hell! Shame though that it had a small staff. Bring in some Euro girls and business would be booming. If you bring £100 you will get a message of a lifetime!

We've enjoyed many Thai massages in Thailand and my partner booked this for us both as a treat while on a stay in Hampshire. The staff were extremely welcoming, courteous and professional throughout. The interior reminded us of many of the Thai therapy centres we had visited in Phuket and the masseuses were extremely efficient. How such small Thai ladies can have such incredible thumb strength amazes me! When we were relaxing after the massage, the staff commented that they were disappointed by some recent reviews, and after reading them I can see why. The lady who commented "I wondered what kind of 'massage therapy' was on offer so I walked out" should perhaps examine her own moral outlook on life. The staff also said that the reason a therapist was not available in another review was she was unwell after a hospital stay - who knows, perhaps that reviewer has led a life where she has never forgotten something or made a mistake...... we very much look forward to visiting Saitarn Thai Therapy when we are next in the area.
