First experience of this knowledge centre with nice internal layout and display. Sabrina and assistant were very welcoming and staff very helpful. However to conduct a seminar as I attended they need to address the poor acoustic properties of the building - there is noise from the building site opposite and constant traffic noise. They also need an effective audio system that allows all attendees to hear and understand each speaker and not just the front two rows.
