It’s really awful I’ve been with them for over 9+ years now. Ever since I’ve been with them they get my prescription wrong. I was supposed to collect my usual medication yet they gave me a prescription for something I don’t even have or need they prescribed me sertraline when I’m supposed to be on concerta XL something that’s not even related. When questioned on it they responded “oops sorry we all make mistakes” although it took 5 months to fix

Disgusting surgery. Never answer the phone. Can't get to a Dr. Prescriptions Never ready and can't even get help when your consultant emails the surgery to get medication you need. They seemed to have stopped afternoon surgery as well. If i could change surgeries i would. I would give minus stars if I could

Still no face to face appointments with GP's but I've had 2 with the nurse. I realise covid is still around but if I can see the nurse, then why not the Dr. Also no check up after the phone consultation, they gave me pain relief then nothing!! No further check to see if my problem been resolved. Really is a disgraceful service
