Spend 6 years working here in chill on day shift. Horrible place to work, bully culture from co-workers. Managers are demotivating, condescending and unprofessional. Who look after their favourite and bully anyone who challenges them. They do not have a clue what team work is and will use grid picking as a punishment. I was so happy to get out, the grass is greener on the outside. The world does not revolve around DHL or Sainsbury's.
