After few days of frost in January car wash was closed. When it opened lots of cars arrived, I waited for more than an hour in a queue, the robot kept breaking all the time and Sainsbury’s lady from the kiosk constantly went out to fix it. Eventually she gave us tickets for free car wash because of very long wait. Quality of wash is always good, price is ok, place is convenient. Can pay by card, contactless, or by a ticket from the kiosk. Fairly easy to use.

I took our car through the car wash at Lordshill Sainsburys and paid £6.50 which includes and extra dry supposedly, after it finished I had to get out and dry the car by hand with a cloth I keep in the car. I will not be going there again I usually go to the hand car wash opposite Asda in Totton but I was in a rush, I pay a little more but I get what I pay for, a clean dry car.

Three pounds for a wash and no dry but it didn't rip any parts off and the car was quite clean. Overall I am happy with the value and I didn't have to go near a bucket.
