very disappointing and i don’t think this is how lawyers works first thing they ask you is payment then they will see your documents and listen the story even i send them documents through whatsapp and they replied with the bank details then i asked have you checked documents its been 2 days no reply from them they just ask you full payment then they will explain you is it possible or not….. not recommend at all go check with others who do explain you everything first then ask you for payment

We thought we would use a local solicitor, so we chose Saini Law, we needed a conveyancer, for a purchase, we explained on the very first meeting, that the job was tricky as the sell was being awkward, so we struck a deal, if the sale doesn't go through the only charge would be the deposit of £500.00, once we payed the deposit it started become very clear the firm wasn't up to task, They struggled taking instructions and communication was difficult, it did not take long for our relationship to deteriorate, they decided to close our file and charge us a further £1800.00, we tried reasoning with them and explaining we had a deal in place, but unfortunately it fell on deaf ears, they processed to issue us with a court summons, and became aggressive, not wanting any of that we thought it would be easier and better for our mental health to just pay them off and move on. The only reason I'm writing this review is to save other people from having a terrible experience like ours.

I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SOLICITORS TO ANYONE. Very poor service. Because they charge me lot of money about £9000 but work never have been done, last year I have a Family Court whitch contact to children. They're know we need a Sector 7 report, they sent Barrister into the court and charged me £800+VAT and Barrister say in the Court for only 2 minute we can't run this hearing because we waiting Sector 7 report, I don't understand they make all enquiries with Cafcass and why can't let Court know we're waiting for report and transfer hearing date. I am not happy with service of SAINI LAW OFFICE SOLICITORS And they changed my for answering my calls in the invoices.
