If totally honest been in Sailmaker only a few times 3 or 4 over the year but every time I've been there had to wait what seemed a "lifetime" to get served yet there seemed to be staff around but not behind the bar, Where they were needed. I won't be in a hurry to visit again.

Long wait at the bar, service really slow, 1 drink was taken back twice due to being flat from the pump and tasteless. 4 meals ordered, 1 steak was cold, and It had to go back. The person ended up eating alone. Asked a male assistant for brown sauce and was given an empty bottle. Shame as the food is normally very good. Would like to see bar staff with some energy and a smile on their faces, possibly more staff taking orders or different areas for drinks to meals with drinks. Parking: Good to excellent. Wheelchair accessibility: Good to excellent.

Pleased with service and food. A little bit slow at bar (hence why not an excellent marking) but food was good, hot and fairly quick. Much better than last time I visited so will return in the very near future
