This Company stole over €4000 from me a few years back. Bank could not return the money as he had asked for a bank transfer for payment so was not protected under VISA scheme. Ended up losing all the money and he didnt ship the watermaker and solar panels. Complete Con-Artist I cant understand how he is still active and scamming other people and the police havent done anything about him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This guy is hopeless. Don't believe the good reviews. He didn't order our watermaker till 5 weeks after payment. When we asked for a refund as he couldn't deliver he wanted to keep 15% of money. Unreliable and lies. Use Osmosis team in Italy. They are on wha stapp

Bought Water Maker off Sailfish Marine James Cudd promised three week delivery eventually arrive six weeks time which cost me extra three weeks in the marina €1600 after a lengthy process fitting the watermain maker as it came in about 100 different bits we found that the pressure gauge was faulty which we reported to James Cudd assured me in July he was going to replace it I’ve asked over six times now and it is October 22nd and still not replaced do not trust this company very very unreliable and if you read the reviews you see Jim is notorious for being unreliable and having problems when dealing with this company I’m not the first and I won’t be the last

this company are fraudulent. They sell you things without required parts, don't install them and do not respond to messages. I bought my water maker 3 months ago and it is useless as doesn't have all required parts and Jim does not respond to repeated messages. I have now found out that Jim is notorious in the industry for being dodgy.
