If I could I would give zero stars. Incredibly racist staff who ended up making my 9 year old niece cry at her own birthday dinner. After being forced to pay for all food upfront, we simply queried about the service charge then added to our additional drinks we wanted to pay for at the end. We still paid for this and as the waiter was getting our payment decided to tell us we would no longer be welcome there as the manager heard us talking about the service charge. When I then told the waiter this was Incredibly inappropriate to do at the table, he didn't even apologise. I then spoke to the manager and told him how inappropriate that was he simply shrugged his shoulders and when we even mentioned my niece was crying he again shrugged his shoulders. When I said 'how can you not even offer an apology' he then decided to say 'OK then, sorry'. I believe this treatment was down to the fact we were a Black family as we could see how the staff treated others in the restaurant. Terrible terrible attitude and would not recommend if you aren't of their target demographic.

If you have another option DONT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. This place has the worst customer service. Terrible and rude waiters. Discrimination is done to your face. If you tell a business I will never return and they do not say sorry to you it means they do not have respect for their customers.

Poor customer service, some food ok but prep & hygiene questionable! - Not my regular dim sum place but decided to try after a few years as we happened to be local. Went for lunch on a monday so it was quiet but upon arrival all the servers were playing the "I don't see any customers" game so first impression wasn't great. - After finally being seated although there were only about 10 tables aside from us again it was difficult to get someone's attention to take our order. - While waiting for the food I noticed the spoon set on my place had some crusty old food stuck on it.. luckily there were spare cutlery on the table so didn't have to go through the hurdle of getting someone to change it. We gave all our cutlery a good rinse with hot water before using it! - After browsing the menu we noticed that they don't serve deep fried squid which is a dim sum staple and a favourite of my daughter's so that was disappointing. - The dim sum we ordered was generally good but decided to top up with an order of ho fun stir fried with 3 roast meets.. wish we hadn't as the dish was strangely sweet and the ho fun wasn't particularly hot considering it had just come out of the kitchen. To top it off my mum also found a piece of plastic styrofoam in it! - Everything combined and what appears to be a minimum charge of £3.50 for parking regardless of the duration I won't be returning to this place. Parking: Decent amount of parking available when it's quiet on a weekday, can be a struggle when it's busier on the weekend. Appears to have a minimum £3.50 charge.

The food here is generally ok, however the customer service is quite poor. Some of the staff come across as being very rude and unfriendly when speaking to customers, given that there is also a service charge applied to the bill.
