Never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant, I'm not sure what the good reviews are about. They ended up messing up the order but rather than saying sorry and correcting it they just made excuses, then when we asked for the bill they forgot about that too. The food itself was cold and just not very flavourful would nor recommend.

Had passed this place a few times and was eager to try it, finally my family and I did. As much as I told them I enjoyed my main they were very disappointed in theirs, I can see why as I tried both of them. The chicken in the curry was tasteless. The specialist starter soft shell crab was also lacking. Due to a seating area issue we had to sit downstairs and it was cold to sit down. The 15% service charge was rather ridiculous too. Overall the dishes were poor and I’m sorry there was no way it was worth £80

The food isn't authentic. I'm not sure were the chef is from but i seriously doubt the chef is Vietnamese (i could be wrong).I've travelled to Vietnam and have had authentic vietnamese food from different cities in UK and around the world. The people who run it are from the Philippines. The chicken noodle soup Pho Ga should be clear soup, not brown. I guess you need to check which region of chicken noodle soup is from- north and south Vietnam do different variations . Regardless- the food was alright but not authentic. Vegetarian options: 1 person ordered tofu and veg noodle bowl. There was 3 small pieces of tofu and the veg wasn't great.
