this place is a nightmare for disabled people :( there's 4 different floors and trying to walk up all of them is horrible. the good thing is how the main floor of the store is decorated but the rest is more barebones. prices are really expensive and they're very stingy with putting things marked down, for example by £2. staff also felt like they didn't care all too much as they were kind of just there
