Absolutely horrible doctors surgery staff are extremely rude. There are never any appointments even when you do call at 8am.

You can call at 8am and get a same day appt either by phone or at the surgery. I have to call alot for my elderly mum and the Reception staff are the best they are so helpful and efficient. I called yesterday afternoon for extra medicine to be put on mums prescription and the Receptionist put the request in and it's collectable today. I call that excellent service without having to speak to the Doctor. If you were the Receptionist that I spoke to I just want to say thank you.

Not a good surgery at all. Receptionist is not friendly or even courteous. No hello, no please, no thank you. Seems that the receptionist has a chip on their shoulder. Should be able to communicate with a receptionist, and not feel like you are in the way. Think an angry rottweiler would have been more approachable.

I actually can’t believe how bad this GP is. If you actually get an appointment where your able to see or even speak to a doctor you are very lucky. This is the third time in a row I have booked an appointment with the doctor. Get told they can only do appointments over the phone and not get a call back. Kind of sad to be honest
