Normally a regular customer never had an issue before.. absolutely disgusting staff.. especially the managers daughter.. never had an issue with her dad the owner, bought a suit which I only tried on the pants, came back the next day to exchange as they don’t refund! Unfortunately because I just tried only the pants on before buying, I wasn’t able to exchange, how does that even make sense? how ridiculous.. if this was her dad he would have let us exchange.. only bought it yesterday less than 24 hours I came back not to refund but to exchange! And was told I cant.. Either way they'd be making business out of me.. no tags were removed it was in the same condition I bought, with my receipt think twice before buying anything from here!

Absolutely shocking!! Never had a problem with this place before. Been here so many times and exchanged clothes before never been an issue!! The staff are absolutely shocking and rude especially the daughter got so much attitude with her customers when I asked to speak to the manager “apparently” she was when it’s not her father is. Very disappointing and disgusting tbh. The exchange and return policy needs to be reread to ALL the staff!! Was told we can’t exchange our suits when we didn’t even have them for 24 hours and no tags were removed and also with the receipt!
