The 3rd time I am travelling to you to post my yodel parcels and you say either that no collection till “X” day, system will not allow me to collect now or please come tomorrow morning like I would spend my time and money for you. I just traveled to another point and told me it’s straight s**t what you say and scanned the parcel straight. Will form a complain as well with yodel as you do not deserve to have a drop off licence.
