I am a novice when it comes to these systems and feel that the guys took advantage of that. What was installed was different to what I thought I had signed up for. So make sure it is all written down and formally agreed. System itself works fine, although a bit noisy and I wonder if that it because they fitted it to the joist rather than wall. He came out and spend an hour with me talking through fully integrated and split systems. Once he realised that the existing hot water tanke cupboard was not big enough he asked a lot of questions and we discussed different sizes of water tanks. I thought we agreed on a 250l tank (and was quoted for it) and a double walled panel (which heats water up faster vs single panel) as well as having the pump fitted to the wall. The quote was 2 lines long and had not detail. So I asked some probing questions but clearly not enough. So be careful you and the installer are clear and it is clearly stated in the quote, but not sure how much that will help you as they are disputing the tank sizing now, so refuse to do anything about the smaller tank. I have given them 2 stars because the installer who did the work was great and tidy and the system itself works, providing hot water. Just feel the tank is not big enough for the 4 of us in the house and the system takes longer than traditional one to heat the water back up (although I can still put the old hot water system on to support) Just disappointed with their sales practice.

It is impossible to overstate the satisfaction I have experienced in my contact with this company and its personnel. They were prompt, explained what they were doing and why and were extremely competent and knowledgable. Moreover the engineer was so polite and was a pleasure to deal with. How good to find a company that does what it says it's going to do quickly and efficiently. I wish this company a successful future and indeed it would be difficult to find a company more deserving of success.
