SHAME ON YOU the head of Sage care and all management. Such a rubbish and 3rd class service, This is absolute corruption behind the face of so called care. The company license must be revoked and immigiate investigation must be started, There must be comprehensive investigation that how this company got license to operate infact to play with vaulnerable lives. The minister of relevant authorities must resign immigiatly for free & fair investigation.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! Carers be warned In 2018, i was offered a job, attended training for 1 week, I made friends with some other applicants who can confirm this, upon completion of training we were asked to pay for ou rCRB in CASH not card or bank transfer in their office, which i did and received a hand written receipt that had no proof or evidence that it was from sage care. After I made this payment, I never heard anything from this company. I called severally and was told the recruiter in charge will get back to me. At some point, I was told, I will be working in Rosemary house and that the manager will contact me. No one did. My emails were ignored and phone calls were never returned. Turns out that no CRB was carried out, no training certificates were issued. After Covid, i've now emailed them again and now I am being told because it's been 3 years, they are unable to investigate considering i've not only forwarded emails that prove my request for the above but also that I was offered a job and attended the training and the latest email contact was in 2019 just before Covid struck. I am reporting this matter to the regulatory body because I can now understand why they were not accepting card or bank transfers. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED OFF YOUR MONEY.

There is one man Francisco that is disrespectful and rude and has no business working with people that have lost mobility and are dealing with depression…. I am flying to London this week to make sure this man is investigated along with the rest of the team.. and I will not rest until something is done

Awful carers & coordinators My mum in 6 months has not had a shower they fill in the attendance book saying they’ve been when they haven’t .. when you call the coordinators it sounds like a nightclub when they do actually answer & sound irritated that you’re calling I’m at the end of my tether my own health suffering .. Please think again before hiring these pple .. I’m so scared for those without family relying solely on these pple .. my mum left without meds without water all day in 30 degrees weather .. BEWARE PLEASE !!!

terrible place, the office staff overwork you and don't care about their employees. They had me doing 12-15 hour shifts a day without break and when i brought them up on it i'd argue with them for hours.... so disappointing. the care that the careworkers provide is good, i loved working with them, they work so hard but the office staff are trash! very disrespecful and dont care about the welfare of the actual hard working care workers.

Disgusting company. Carers are rude and dont care. Talk loud on the phone, make mess and dont clean it. Feed out of date food to people. I could go on... every other week it seems like im calling because something is wrong but yet nothing seems to be done about it.
