Very disappointing response from this company. As soon as the managing director realised that I was an overseas client, she did her best ‘not’ to be honourable. After less than a month of use and exposure to a light shower of rain, the leather on my bag began to bubble. I was assured by Emma from Sagebrown, this was normal and to allow it to dry. A day and half later, the blistering increased, yet Mehmet from Sagebrown assured me the leather was waterproofed, and their processes assured the best quality. When I suggested an exchange …… no reply back from them. After 11 purchases from this company. Unfortunately, this portal doesn’t allow images, but I have posted a visual review on their FB page.

After quite some searching online, had found one bag from SageBrown that met my needs. When visiting the shop, I found that my laptop wouldn't fit in the bag - the team at SageBrown however offered me the option to tailor the bag to my specs. They went above and beyond in making sure that the result matched what I wanted. Damaged products by poor and cheap embossing job! Bought several products from this shop (bags, jewelry box, wallet, other cases), ~£700 worth, and requested embossing personalization with my wife and myself initials. We choose the embossing colors based on the given choices. We were informed that for the embossing services the products must be sent somewhere else to get it done and this will take few days before they deliver them to my place. After more than a week, the items were not delivered and only after I called, items were delivered few days later. When unboxed the delivery, we were totally shocked and upset. The product that we liked at the shop were totally ruined by a poor and cheap embossing job. The font color were too shiny (unlike the previously shown samples) and large in size, very disproportionate and misfit to the products. The shop manager realized the issue and promised to rectify, after he received the product. Several days later, I followed up with him but unfortunately, he claimed that he tried many options, but nothing worked and I should accept the product as is and with time the shiny colors will settle! And of course, he refused to return and referred me to the terms and conditions in his website.
