I came across Safire Photography via Facebook as I was looking for a photographer to do a brand shoot for my business. I'm a Virtual Assistant supporting the canine industry, so I was looking for someone who understood brand shoots & also was good working with dogs, as it was important that my dogs were involved. From the first call I had with Sam to discuss the packages I knew I was in safe hands! Before the shoot I completed a workbook about my business & sent over photo ideas & then we worked together to plan my shoot. On the day Sam was fantastic, advising me on the best way to stand & sit etc so to capture the perfect images & she was fantastic with the dogs. Working with dogs is not always easy but Sam was patience with them & knew exactly how to get the best images from them. I have now received my photos & they are absolutely stunning, the images that she has captured of myself & the dogs are perfect. They are going to be amazing to use for my business. I can't thank Sam enough & I would not hesitate to work with Sam again.

Made to feel so comfortable & relaxed the whole event was a wonderful experience on the day. All the information given prior was extremely helpful. Sam was professional friendly & encouraging, her eye for art and detail, the backgrounds used.. beautiful. I love my video, all the shots taken of myself & my horse, poetically put together showing our bond, very emotional! We were lucky enough to win a photoshoot with Sam from one of her competitions. The shoot was held at a local woods which had some really cool places to set the dogs up for the shots. We really enjoyed the experience and found Sam to be patient and work with us when the dogs were being little tinkers. The viewing was relaxed and straight forward with no hard selling. We decided to go for a digital album we can have on our phones (and computers), so we can show everyone the beautiful images we got of both dogs. Thank you :)

I was lucky enough to win a prize in one of the competitions. I felt very prepared for the photoshoot as I received great information about what to expect, what to bring and what to avoid for the best photos. On the day eddie decided he was going to be extra chatty and barked pretty much the whole duration. Luckily Sam is laid back, and picked up on this so we just kept moving location throughout the shoot. Sam has a naturally calming energy which really helps to put you at ease. The viewing is a great experience, even virtually. Seeing the beautiful photos, and remembering the lovely photoshoot. I felt it took forever to pick as I loved each photo! Now I have received my prints in a beautiful presentation box, with a digital copy of them, and a lovely easel to display the prints. They are better than you can ever imagine. I am so greatful for the opportunity to have some professional photos and memories of my boy. I would highly recommend to anyone, have a chat with same even if your dog is nervous.

We booked a dog portrait photo shoot at the gorgeous setting of Shoal Hill Nature Reserve, from the first time we spoke with Sam she was so friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The day of the photo shoot was fantastic and actually felt like a day out and was so much fun! A wonderful experience! I was a little apprehensive about taking a very old girl and a young pup (Springer Spaniels) to a new location but the whole process was amazing. Before the shoot, Sam gave me advice and options about the various locations, what to wear and bring along etc. On the day, the dogs behaved exactly as I expected - very excited and constantly distracted! Sam was fantastic (like a dog whisperer), her calm nature and endless patience resulted in the most amazing photos. When it was time to view the photos, Sam took me through all of the options, again with endless patience as I cried over her breathtaking work. If you love your animals and want to create some beautiful memories with them, I cannot recommend Sam and Safire Photography enough.

Even though I was nervous about how the shoot would go and whether my dog would behave, he can be a bit erratic, Sam was patient, undesrtanding and totally put us at our ease. The image we chose is treasured, as it captures beautifully our dog's character and we have some of the other shots on the digital app to go back to again and again.A high quality experience from shoot to finished shot.
