Came here with my girlfriend to look for an engagement ring as it was on the same day as my proposal which happened earlier. We were both standing outside looking through the window at all the various rings as there was so much choice. A man came up to the window and said to my girlfriend, do you want to come in and try the rings on. Once we were both inside we sat down with this man who introduced him self as Christopher who was one of the directors of the shop. Christopher was friendly and he went through various types of engagement rings and explained to us about the difference in colours and grades of diamonds which was helpful. I could see my partner was hesitant with the initial rings we were shown not because they weren't any good but I could just tell that it wasn't the one my partner was in love with. Christopher made us feel relaxed and he did not give up as he knew he could find something for us, so he showed us one last ring that blew my partner away and myself it was so stunning absolutely beautiful. I know that my girlfriend wanted it, it was obvious to me but as it was our first jewelry shop of the day we wanted to look around to see if anything was going to match the showstopper that we saw. Christopher said to go and take a look around all the other jewelry shops, but come back before we close as we can re size the ring. Christopher knew that he had us, nothing wrong with that at all he knows his diamonds and he knows what a beautiful ring is. He also made an offer that we could not refuse and was highly competitive as we later found out after looking at the other places. The other jewelry shops did have nice rings but nothing special like the one Christopher showed. It was in a different league to the others. I could tell that after all the other rings that we tried, my girlfriend wanted the first place we went into so we came back an hour or so before closing and sat back down with Christopher and the ring was resized in a quicker time than we anticipated. My fiancé is over the moon with her engagement ring, the way it sparkles and the glow it gives off is extraordinarily. Christopher did not pressure us to buy and we felt in control, but Christopher knows what he is doing and he knows his stuff so it's hard to not agree with what he says. We both look forward to coming back for the wedding band and ring size change in the near future as it's slightly to lose which Christopher did suggest to go smaller but my fiancé wasn't sure...

What a service..was looking through window and owner came out to say hello and offer assistance..the wife showed him the ring she liked he gave us all the information that was needed..now came the price..was not in our price range..but he gave us a price very reasonable but he does love a haggle and we agreed on an even bigger discount...was sized up and ready within hours ... couldn't have a happier wife....but it got better I found myself looking at a gold belcher and for being a customer already was given a great discount on it ...now a happy hubby....Thank you all again

Absolutely outstanding customer service from staff after the diamond ring we bought from there (some time ago) was damaged and the diamond became dislodged from setting . The setting was replaced with a platinum one and the original was 14ct white gold. No quibbling after seeing the original receipt and provided me with what is a massive upgrade to the ring. You can buy with confidence from this jeweller I’m a very very happy customer after being quoted between £800-£900 from local jewellers for very similar settings

Visited the store last Friday (1/4/22) Myself and my wife were looking at eternity rings. The staff were very professional, attentive and clearly enjoyed giving excellent customer service. We were made to feel very special and nothing was to much trouble. I wanted a few modifications to a ring I selected and using their on site goldsmiths this was completed in a few hours. If you are in the Brighton area and looking to purchase some jewellery please make these guys your first stop. Thank you son much.

After meandering through the Lanes in Brighton looking at rings, we eventually saw what we liked in the window of Safir Goldmiths. We were pleasantly greeted outside by Christopher, with no pressure, he agreed to just show us the ring we admired. He found a ring that suited our budget, he was a delight to deal with, explaining the authenticity and certifications of the diamonds and offered assurances of after care services should there be any problems. From this experience, I would certainly recommend and thank, Christopher at Safir Goldsmiths.

They live up to what they say they will do. We brought a long over due eternity ring from them and I would not be writing this review just for that, but they said at the time if anything goes wrong just contact us. Well unfortunately one of the diamonds fell out and it is only when something goes wrong you know whether they are genuine or not. A quick call, ring sent back and return with new diamond in 5 days. No hassle, no quibble just sorted. Thanks very much - thoroughly recommended.

Hasan, Goezde and team, really make you feel welcome and take their time with you. No high pressure sales technique, unlike some of the other Brighton shops. They hand made and designed me a wonderful ring, which I absolutely love. They also made my daughter in law's engagement ring, and sourced a Ceylon sapphire, which is also lovely. Great workmanship and competitive price. I can really recommend them to you.
