Saffron undertook the installation of my new 5m electric awning which I had purchased from another supplier (who recommended Saffron) thinking that I would be able to fit it myself. I could not even lift it! Their team arrived right on time and quickly set to work. Drilling large fixing holes in brickwork obviously generates lots of fine dust, but they did a great job of tidying up afterwards. They took great care to get the awning set up just right, and spent quite a while showing me the adjustments and passing on many useful hints and tips. I can't recommend these people enough!

Five stars for Saffron Shutters and Awnings! Communication was excellent from our first enquiry to installation of our awning. Julie and Bryony in the office took on board our requirements and budget and talked us through the different options available, as well as sending information by email. They gave genuine advice and did not hard sell or upsell. Both David, who came to measure up, and the installation engineers gave further advice and tips. Everyone was very friendly and professional and we have already recommended this company to friends and neighbours. In the three weeks since our awning was installed we have already used it several times - and it is only May. Roll on summer!
