Saffron Catering provided food and services for our wedding and they were amazing from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful and worked so hard throughout the day to make everything perfect for us. The food was amazing and everyone had compliments to say about food and staff. One of the worries going into our Wedding weekend was whether it would all run smoothly and what people thought of the food/service they received given that we were hosting for some guests for the whole weekend. Saffron absolutely knocked it out the park. They catered three courses on the Friday, breakfast Saturday and Sunday, the wedding days food and a bbq on the Sunday! We cannot sing higher praise of not just the food but also the amazing service from Katie and the team. Superlatives were flying out left right and centre about the food - chef was fantastic and catered every single meal! We couldn't ask enough of Katie...whatever we requested she made happen (adapting to the needs of the children and feeding them when they were hungry not just the set times of the meals) and she made the whole weekend easy..Katie even attending during her time off to make sure that everything was special for us - thank you! So much organising went into this weekend. It wasn't just a case of making and delivering high quality food! Katie and the team were with us every step of the way and we couldn't have put on such an amazing wedding without them.
