I purchased a heavy duty barrow sack a couple of years ago, for moving large garden plant pots which were too heavy for me to shift. The barrow itself was of high quality construction, and extremely well priced - very good value for money. Communication was brilliant, payment straightforward and collection smooth. Recently, being spring time again, I got the barrow out of the shed, put a large pot on the generously sized platform, and discovered one wheel was wobbling - the inner bearing had failed. I contacted Safety Lifting Gear, and spoke to Andy. He asked for a few measurements and photos, and then advised me that he would have to speak to his German supplier. I thought that, with it not being a UK product that replacement bearings would be problem. The next day I received an email from Andy, telling me that he had dispatched a pair of replacement wheels, which meant that he saved me all the hassle that can go with removing and replacing bearings. What amazing support and service. He could easily have walked away from my dilemma, but he didn't, and not only that, he far exceeded my expectations. Everything about Safety Lifting Gear is exceptional - product, coms, and above all else, you won't find better. more professional support than that at Safety Lifting Gear. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Andy, you're a credit to your company !!!
