    I've had windows installed in September 2022, immediatly noticed that the vents that came as standard were not the ones advertised in the website. They were supposed to be premium, but got installed shabby horrible things instead. After 2 months of calling Safestyle, finally had an engineer to see me... he wasn't helpfull at all, but agreed that the trickle vents installed were the wrong ones. Had a request for the vents to be replaced on the 23rd of December... they didn't show up...im still waiting. Despite numerous calls made since then .. about 10 times at least, and it is now the 15th of May 2023, looks like they are still waiting for the vents to come in... Having the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not recomended safestyle at all.

    Less happy with our doors, wouldn't expect a 2 year old door to warp and fittings begin to rust. Cheap materials at premium price. Never again.

    Scaffolding now been up over 3 weeks. New windows were fit on the 24th March restricting access to Garden. Should have gone down today. Told me its a delay because of Easter bank holiday, even though windows went in 2 weeks prior to this..... don't pay until they take it away.

    Ordered new composite door which should have taken a couple of hours to install seven weeks later after botched job numerous phone calls and emails finally done. Claimed compensation for the hassle not happy with offer referred to Resolver now with glazing Ombudsman; watch this space.Finally sorted although minimum compensation plus cleaning kit as a gesture when I asked for it. The end 23 March 2023 after 7 long months. 😖

    Would give them zero if possible. Cancelled the initial visit last minute three times - twice by phone and in fact once they just didn’t bother turning up - which was even more infuriating given that they insisted I couldn’t do the appointment alone, I had to have my husband there. (No idea why I couldn’t make a decision on my own windows.) very hard to organise when both parties work. On one of the phone calls they even said I lived too far from the fitter coming out. Not sure how that is my problem, and they’ve known my address from the start (Macclesfield -, we’re hardly in the back of beyond). Then finally - despite me describing at length that I only wanted one window replacing - they mentioned they actually have a minimum order of £650 so the whole sorry saga had been a complete waste of time - mine and theirs. Didn’t stop there though - they are currently ringing every couple of hours to ask how the (non-existent) visit went and to ask if I’ve placed my order. Despite numerous attempts to explain the situation by me they continue to ring. Having read the sorry experiences of the unfortunate people who did manage to actually get safestyle round to theirs to take their money, I am now very glad they never bothered turning up.

    Had a door installed in Jan last year noticed a crack appear in October so I contacted them to make them aware of this issue. Then I noticed that the door was not sealing properly. The door needed replacing as it was bent. By the end of November nothing had happened so I contacted them and heard nothing back so I made a complaint after a month (They have a 72 hour response time) I sent another email requesting them to contact me. Its now march 4 months later and they have still not contacted me. I would not buy windows/doors from them again.

    Very unprofessional, unethical sale person this company sent to measure, and this uneducated sales person in Manchester area have a very aggressive behaviour. Cowboy style sales person. I asked for quotation and he is not willing to share until I am ready to place an order. Is this company outsource their sales or they hire commission base unprofessional sales person. First impression is the last, so bye bye and my recommendation to stay away from these cowboys.

    Made a mistake with my order by not installing restrictors on windows for kids bedroom. months on and 10s of phone calls and email then they sent someone out who said the window they had left locked was damaged and needed repairing. Then every time I have phone up since been told they are dealing with it or they have no record literally every other call go to the complaints department to be told they have no record and I can pay to have it put right I payed nearly double what a local firm would have done it for and the only reason I did was to avoid problems like this my advice would be go local because they really don't care one bit
